We are constantly looking for professional translators to join our team of professional translation professionals.
Certify Translations specializes in court-sworn or notarized translations and certified translations. Therefore, it is important that the translator meets the following requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in at least one of the following fields: Legal, Technical-Industrial, Commercial, Financial-Insurance, Medical-Scientific, University/School/Work Diplomas and Certificates.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sworn or notarized translations. The translator must be familiar with the correct procedure and information regarding revenue stamps (if required) and access to the relevant certification office. Experience with certifications at notary offices is a significant advantage.
- It is important to us that the translator be accredited by a court or other professional body or association as a translator (e.g., Italian associations AITI, ANITI, Consulates, or other official body), as our certifications require the translator’s registration information, and this principle is the foundation of our policy as a guarantee of professional service.
- We prefer that the translator perform this work professionally and, therefore, be available during working hours during the week for any job offers. Ideally, we expect the translator to be a full-time translator, meaning their primary occupation.
